Well it would be "pretty easy" if you had the .psd file ........otherwise these kind of edista re he worst, much easier to make a new image than to change that..........especially if you want the font look the same and we don't even know the name...

And btw....... are you sure that it's not a copyrighted image?

That logo is actually owned by http://www.htworks.net/ and you cannot edit it and use it unless you bought the skin directly from that site.

And if you did buy it then you should have some editable image files which came with that skin ....... so you can edit it easily
