That's because the file is hosted on Forumer's FileHive, and FileHive is down at the moment, it will show up as soon as FileHive is back up online.

I would have uploaded it again but unfortunately, I'm a bit on a hurry now, and I'm not able to locate the file on my hard drive to upload it again, but I'll look it up once I get back to home this evening.

i think it should be a darker green imo. lookes a bit bright

Yes it's possible, but kindly note that the initial request has been fulfilled as requested, therefore the initial payment is due now.
