The size is flexible, but it should be approximately that size. I would prefer a tad larger then a tad smaller if anything.

In addition Lich King is the new expansion for World of Warcraft that is expected to be release somehere between Dec 07 and Feb 08, and this is for a banner for a new guild that wants to capitalize on this event.

I will pay out a minimal of 3500fbucks for this banner. To be honest I am looking for a banner worth 5-10k and am willing to pay it out.

Keep in mind the following:
1) I don't think I have ever payed the minimal out for any of my offers
2) I have payed out more than double my minimal for exceptional work.
3) The last guild banner I asked for is now on this site: Apocalypse (Echo Isles). I would like to have a banner that rivals or crushes this one.
