im trying to accept a payment, from somebody but they keep on sending an echeque because he cant send it any other way. Is there another online service like paypal which he can send money to me. We dont want to wait for ages on registration though, like weve been waiting with paypal

Any help here would be appreaciated

yeh, but you have to register for direct debit which takes 5 days. Because they have to take out 2 payments less than a pound, out of your account.

Actually I think what you're referring to is that Paypal sends to small transactions to your bank account you set up on file. You then have to confirm the amounts and enter them into your Paypal account.

The reason for this is to confirm your bank account was set up correctly, etc... I had to do this as well.

hi shane, yeh, ive done all of that, but the person im selling with cant pay me as its always going to an echeque, and he dosnt want to wait untill the echeque clears

Ahh, I see. Well when paying by echeck, it's going to take 3-5 business days to clear anyhow. That's why I never like to make transactions with echecks.
