also,

they've never said that brown eyed people will not perform well on tests, just that you would perform better if you had blue eyes

Hey, I have blue eyes, and the exams are moronic! LOL.

So this sort of disproves the summation that Neanderthals were stupid, since it's now believed light hair and eyes are descendant moreso from them than others. Well, they did excellently in living in the far North, after all. Then again, maybe it's another race we assimilated. Cro-magnon? Elves? Space aliens? Am I talking too much? LMFAO...
