What I’ll sell.

Baby care products.
Bakery items.
Books, newspapers, and magazines.
Rice, flour, and bulk dried foods.
Canned goods and cereals.
Cd’s, DVD’s, videogames.
Coffee bar
Clothing and footwear.
Candy
Cosmetics
Pet foods
Snack foods
Toys
Meats and fish
Medicine
Pet foods.
Water
Soft drinks.
Frozen produce
Laundry products
Appliances.

Budget.

I’m take money from my savings and get a loan from the bank. The loan will be for a 1.5 million, this should cover the building cost and the parking lot construction. My lot size will be 30,000 sq feet. I play to to use 10% of profits of each moth to pay this off. Let’s say I make 300,000, I will give 30,000 to the bank.

Employees.

I plan to have roughly 60. 20 cashiers for different shifts of the day. 15 shelters. 7 customers service employees. 6 guys who check receipts and say welcome to the customers. 12 guys working in the garden area.

Costs
Electricity- 1600
Gas-1700
Computer- 50
Phone- 50.
Bank loan- 30,000
Goods- 150,000

So what do you think of it?

It looks OK, but a 1.5 million loan is huge, wouldn't you be better off buying an unused property? Land is very expensive as well, and if you plan to be build in a busy area, then the prices would be more, as you would suspectt.

Also, 60 staff is a huge number for a starting business, imagine you are making no money and you are in the red, but of course you,still have to pay their wages.

Um, right. And I am sure you dont have any kind of credit or any credit history, considering your age. The bank will laugh you out of their doors when you ask for that.

You can get a 1.5 million loan...as long as you've run past businesses, have a 20 page business plan with at least 100 points, have a co-signer (if you are underage) and have gone to business school.

no way you over shot everything 1.5 millon make get you a 5 star hotel that has gotten a award dude no just no what u need is about half a million maybe less and about 15 to 30 employees now get this a small starting business has about 1 to 2 employees a medium sized bussiness gets 30 and a business like whirlpool gets 100 to 900 employees now with what you discribed you should get about 15 employess in general UNLESS you plan on opening a franchase with wal-mart which i supposed you are not... now with that said if you actully in real time real life plan to do this i suggest you completely go to usiness school and enrol in all of the business classes in shcool you possibly can which i suppose you wil nto because you may not be interested ... i have taken all of mine just so i can be smart in the way i live my life and right now my plan will make me a over 4 million dollars by the time i retire which is fine wiht me sorry about the long message

What is the $50 computer cost? Are you only buying one computer? What about Point of Sale devices? Shelving? Printers?

I'm sure there a bunch of nice,still good computer at school auctions.I was going to get one,but I got a new one instead. $50. for a auctioned off compter is a good deal.
My sister is starting up a rental car business,so I know how you feel if your not that rich.
Hope your project comes out nicely.
