you edit your signature here http://forum.forumer.com/profile.php?do=editsignature

you also have to set a setting on this page to view signatures
http://forum.forumer.com/profile.php?do=editoptions

and you also have to have a certain amount of posts as far as i know ( think its 15 )

I can't have a signature, that was what I got when trying it. So there was restrictions to have signature in here?

yup you have to have certain ammount of posts i believe

also signature size is limited to

450x80px

You need 10 posts to have a signature (incase you spam it)

Actually, you need to have the item called "Use Signature" bought from the fStore I believe.

No i dont think you need to buy it, TEST SIG, there should be loads of A's in my sig

Yes i think that you have at least 25 posts before making or putting any signature to avoid spamming...
