Pappy was it really necessary to be rude in the topic Click. The day I posted that question was my first time to visit forumer.com. I didn't know it was a problem for me to ask general support questions in the support forum. My bad.

Cha0sAndSin, it is against the rules to protest, or debate moderator/admin actions or decisions openly on the board. Though this is against the rules, I think I'm going to leave this open for now to let Pappy add his two cents to this.

I'm going to quote a portion of the rules below:
Quote:
4] RESPECT THE AUTHORITY OF moderators/admins
4.1 Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.

Hey. Like I said. Don't worry about it. There are other places that offer ipb support. I'll just go there. The topic can be closed and the issue can be dropped.

Well shane is right about the rules and my decision to do as I did still stands for the reasonds listed below:

1: At the top of this support forum there is a line of words that say"Forumer.com - Support Forums latest news: ☼☼☼ Support Forum Rules ☼☼☼" link is clickable on the front page for everybody to view this post.

2: There is a area also called the "FAQ" that has words under it that plainly sayFrequently Asked Questions (read this before posting any questions).

3: Every area of this support has posting rules.

4: Common sense would tell anybody to look through other threads before posting at all most any big support forum(s) I have ever been on have these same rules of conduct posted as it is a general rule of internet conduct most anywhere on the net over all...at least the internet I surf and learn on.

5: When you sign up for this hosting service there is a "terms of service" all must agree to but obviously no body knows how to read.

6: And finally before you posted you sat for quite awhile reading something on this suppport forum and I do not know what you were reading but it obviously was not related to this support forums posting rules or the FAQ so in closing my decision stands and if you are offended then that is life and that is life on the internet on any fast paced and very busy support forum you go to or all would be utter chaos.

So you felt the need to be rude to a person who didn't have the chance to read a faq or the rules? I wasn't reading anything, my computer was idling and I was afk. And what you said about any fast paced and very busy support forum. I'm management at the second biggest resource forum for x, and third biggest for support ipb or IF. IFStyles. Don't say that that is how any support worker acts when I'm one of the top there. I mean even x and invisionboards offer the best and friendliest support they can. What's the deal with you?

Well my decision stands and why did you go afk or leave your nic parked on a siter you were not viewing or learning on in the first place???...and this is how things get done around here at times but not always...as I said if you are offended then that is how it is...and anybody who has to brag they are this or that on x or x I am not impressed with at all...

closing thread tro prevent spam...read the terms of service and all of the posting rules.

Have a nice day sir and not everybody here is like me...I'm totally a one and only person.

ps: I forgot too add here??..how many mods do you have on at any one time?...how many adminds do you have on at any one time?....how many staff do you have on those boards 24/7 ie: a single staff member?....oh and I'm still not impressed with your qualifications

And if you had read the FAQ first since you are a member of x,y.z and whatever you should kow to read the FAQ and the posting rules before posting what you did as a question? anybody who admin/mod's on any forum knows that.

Is it possible to have things such as the ibshop or store, or even a rpg hack added on if you supplied the code?

I don't think you're aware of how many forums there are hosted here... Imagine if the support team should spend their time providing customized addons for each of those.

That wasn't an answer related to my question. I asked if it could be done. The ibstore is a very popular mod for ipb. And the rpg hack is something that goes along with the ibstore. I realize how many boards are hosted here.

Ok, maybe this will be of more help, then - seems as a good way is to post your request in the future request forum. Better?

The answer in "NO" what part do peopple not understand the "n" or the "o"...read the posting rules before posting/read the FAQ before posting/do a site search on the topic you need info about before posting.
CLOSED TO PREVENT SPAM/BUMP.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is the facts: Obviously you did not read the FAQ as you posted this question first then you protest my statements when you got caught and tell another member that is not what you wanted to know?

Then you bump your thread

Then you tell another member here who tried to help you out that what they are trying to help yopu with is out of order?

Then you still protest more here bragging about w,x,y and z sites??

Am I missing something here or is this person protesting just trying to snake out of their own newbie mistakes they made.???
