I am doing it JUST to annoy you, since you are always on my mind.

They aren't pointless to me, but they may be to you. At least they will spark some activity.

Yeah, GoogleBot can be a bit creepy how it always finds your site. Some people are actually trying ways to get GoogleBot to stay away, but I am not really sure why..

well things like the google toolbar show it to you when viewing sites.

But the easiest way to see it is to go to http://www.pagerank.net/pagerank-checker/
