Does it have to be in English?

Does the site has to be hosted by Forumer on the 11th Server?

**** WOW, I can't believe that Forumer now have 11 servers, that's awesome.
3 months ago, when I was here Forumer only had like 7 servers ****

yes they are growing very fast now. I joined when there were only 2 servers and that's not that long ago...

I believe there are no restrictions in the contest: it only has to be started after 5th of may...

The forum does indeed have to be on server eleven, as that's the server that wasw opened on May 5th. I don't think it matters what language your board is in, but English is preferred.

@ Braindead : Yeah , I signed up when Forumer just had its 4th Server, and now I think that Forumer has already beat IF far away.

You can either start a forum on 11.forumer.com(phpbb) or 9.forumer.com(ipb)

It is preferred that the site be in English, this way, when the Forumer Staff starts choosing between the top 3 forums (June 25-Jule 1st), we can judge the content and quality as well.
