They have been joining my forum with different user names spamming new users inboxes up with that.

You could try IP banning (be careful), e-mail banning, and just monitor closely any activity on your forums that may indicate that the same person has registered again.

Yeah I banned like 20 Ips and they still come. I put email validation on I hope that stops them.

check thouse IPs again. are the first 3 numbers the same ? if so you can do a search on thse IPs ans report it to the ISP for spamming.

Yes they are can you give me a link to that please? They have plenty of loyaly members who keep coming back trying to register to my forum to kill it.

it should come up with your IP address, just fill it in with their full IP and do a trace, and a look-up on it. the first line will be in bold saying somthing like "TraceRoute to (IP address) [(letters and numbers).ipt.aol.com]

Just read the descriptions, and enter in the IP somehwere... see what kind of info you get back. Usually an e-mail address for abuse for that carrier and such. You e-mail the carrier the IP and say they are spamming you.

There is also an option that prevents someone from registering with the same email address under your USER control panel. That should be of some assistance as well until they decide to use another.
