I am wanting to make a ramdon avatar/signature. But i dont know how to make them. I was wondering if anyone here knew of a site that is easy to use and understand. Thanks, Jake

This one is pretty cool.

I'm not sure how the redirect when a call for an image file is received works yet, but obviously when the hot link is detected you are redirected to a browser sniff page which then sends your link to the appropriate image.

Maybe doing an in-depth analysis of the source could reveal exactly how this is done.

It not only changes according to your specific information, but also cycles through several different versions of each.

I dont understand all that script stuff. lol. I want a program that will do it for me lol. But i dont think there is one. If i have to do that script, i will get someone on another forum to do it for me (i've already asked).

I just realized that since it includes your ISP an IP it must create the jpg's (actually a .png) from an asp script on the fly. It has to read all of the available information from your browser and then create a new image just for you.

Pretty slick.

I've seen some JS codes that display a random picture each time a page is opened, I don't know if such a script would work to display randomly when hotlinking to the picture for a signature image since the onload() is not invoked by a hot link to a page element.
