I am looking to buy posts on my forum in the services section. My question is, does my forum have to be hosted by forumer?

As long as it isn't hosted on a rival (free) host you can post the link and buy posts for it in our fSwapmeet section.
Meaning you can have a forum hosted on a payed host that will be OK but you are not allowed to post links to other free hosted forum.

Also, how do I get a sig around here?

You need to have 15 posts to have a signature. You can set it in the user CP.

Please do a search next time this question was answered millions of times.
