Basically, it spends the amount of fBucks you want to to try and steal other members fBucks, if you suceed then you get the amount of fBucks put in from the user, but if you fail then the user you are trying to steal from, will be notified of the failure.

Yeah, Guthix tried to thief me.... as a result, I am still planning my revenge back against him

Maybe some C4 plants and claymore mines around his house will do the trick
