I guess this just isn't a popular post to reply to

sorry to say, "but I'm glad I didn't go to the extra work to make my shop a "forumer shop" when this is the service you get

No. I suppose not.

It would be nice to know what is going on however.
It seems Forumer needs more staff?

Hi guys,

You must be patient. I have contacted Limez for you about this issue, however my pm's do not weigh as heavily as a support team members. I really would love this issue fixed too. But remember Forumer is provided as a "as is" service. It says so in the TOS. I hope this problem is resolved quickly.

Thanks for your help Ryan.

I was not aware of the "as is" terms stated in TOS, as I was with Greatboard before Forumer bought them.

I am aware that I am using the free service which is great.
I'm not trying to trash Forumer in the least, I just would like some answers instead of feeling ignored.
Like if the free service is such then what could I expect with a premium account I guess is one question?

And since the fShops were set up by Forumer isn't it their responsibility to maintain the svc that was working fine months ago before this issue occurred? I suppose it's not a real prob to some but I would like to know that people who visit my site can not only view & zoom in on the products I am selling at my fShop. But can actually buy them since the links for purchasing are gone as well! That could only enhance sales. Right?

Here's a screenshot again to detail my "gripe";

As you can clearly see there is no item(s) detail or link to purchase the item(s). Please Help! Thx.

That is the exact paragraph from the signup page. I just wanted to clarify it. I don't think cafepress is the problem, it is something Limez has to fix. Even if cafepress proposes a fix Limez has to implement it.

Forumer does not provide any premium service except for those from forumhoster.com which get FTP and some other features like ad-free for $5 a month. However, forumhoster.com no longer allows sign-ups.

Okay, thanks Ryan. I appreciate your help!

I'll wait to hear more from Limez, or if Cafepress responds, hopefully soon.

I think its been like 150 days since this was first reported Thats 5 months!!!!

I would probably be satisfied if Limez could just post in here for us. I see him posting all over the place in other forums. The way this post is going I don't think he has ever looked into it.
