Thumbs down fShop detail page "still" not working...45+ days

Is an admin ever going to correct this problem. There was this huge push to get us to open fShops and now that we have and even used forumer.com as our reference to sign up we can't even sell merchandise unless we link them straight to cafepress.com instead of our own personalized fShop.

I guess since its been this long, might as well forget about forumers fShops and just use the one on cafepress.com

It would be really nice if an admin would give us some kind of update...

Angry Re: fShop problem(s):Please help

Is an admin ever going to respond to this. This is pretty rediculous already. At least have the decency to give us some kind of update like "goto hell, we aren't going to fix it!" At least that would tell us something rather than ignoring us.

That wasn't exactly the best thing to say to the staff... The moderators and the admin are probably very busy working on solutions to this and several other problems people might be experiencing.

Default Help, Fshop not working

It used to work fine but when you go to my fshop: http://www.wvstreetsshop.com/

and click on an item it takes you to a blank page. It does this on all the items, how do I fix this?

This has been going on for months now. Forumer got all our referrals for signing up and now they don't care that it doesn't work right.

There are plenty of posts going way back that this has been going on.

Due to the consistency of the admins to not respond...I would guess that they really don't care and aren't going to ever fix the problem. It's pretty obvious that they are posting in other forums so I guess we get the big middle finger.

At least forumer received all our referrals from cafeshop...haha!

Once again. Only Limez can fix this issue. He has been very busy. I'm sorry but at this current time I can't do anything.

All I was asking for was to keep us up to date. I can completely understand that Limez is the only one who can fix it and he is very busy. I can handle that as long as I get some kind of reply with updates even once a week or something. It doesn't take long to say ... Hey I am still to busy, but I should be able to get to it in a few weeks. That I can live with, but no answer for a month is pretty rediculous.

Is there any kind of time frame that Limez can specify. 1,2,3,4 more weeks.

Again, if I went overboard on my speech I apologize, I just want to know we aren't being ignored!

We still would appreciate knowing the status from Limez, Kurisu.
And to say you can't do anything is poor customer service.
Maybe you or Maneel should contact Limez (again) regarding this issue since you are the only one who has responded here.

It will only take a few minutes of their or your time to do so, and I don't think that is too much to ask when this has been an ongoing problem that is not only affecting personal users sales within their individual shops for their forums, but ultimately the staff of Forumer as well. I also understand it is affecting all shops within Forumer & possibly the phpBB community as well.
But someone should be & is responsible for solving the issue. So let's get on with it & what can be done?

When there are no sales how can Forumer expect their percentage of sales? It would be in Limez' best interest to fix the problem, please.
For Limez to leave the issue hanging is poor customer service.

If I may be so bold to say, I would have upgraded to premium service months ago if Forumer had above average or even just average customer service. But the support & service @ Forumer imo are not only below average but deplorable frankly.

I don't think I am alone here.
