This seems like an awesome feature, great work Limez (and programmers)! ^_^

Nice idea. But, wouldn't it be great if you could make [hint]a regular forum money system, shop and bank, like fBucks?[/hint]

Well, I had plans for it but now I can forget the idea. Base price+shipping+customs (20+7+21%) = 32.67! Its too expensive.

Maybe Forumer could setup something with a European partner like www.spreadshirt.net or something.

Thanks anyway.

No, you design your own products, no "Forumer writing"

Yes, forumer will earn a comission.

You attach your graphic on the tshrts, mugs etc and you sell through your forum. Your forum users who want to support you, or they like the product can purchase these products (by the way, I have purchased some and they are REALLY good quality). The buyer pays for shipping, typically as low as $4. You do not need to worry shipping, or exchnages or refunds; everything is taken care by the company.

Well, CP sends the comissions you earn by selling products by checks. The checks can be send anywhere (you don't even need to be in the United States). But yes, you will need to either deposit this check into your account or cash it somewhere.

It doesn't really matter, because the buyer pays for shipping. Typically the cost for shipping will be only a little more for a person who is outside of the United States. But again, if you design really cool and clever products, people will order them no matter what.

Yes, I know. This is an original idea. As we will share how to run the 'business' part of your forum here, I hope everyone can earn some cash. As you understand, the forums that will benefit most out of this feature are the ones that are popular and have many dedicated members. However, we are going to design something called 'The Forumer Mall', where we will list items from ALL the shops of ALL fshops, this will result in free promotion for your products and hopefully will help with your sales.

Ya, the regular shop/bank thing will be created in the future as well. But this fshops feature will make you REAL money, as long you want to put the time and creativity into building your business. I myself have used fshops and sold many CP products with good success. I think soon we'll here some Forumers share similar success.

The t-shirts and all the other apparel can be front printed, back printed, positioned etc etc. The most important thing is when creating the graphic file, create it in either .PNG or .PSD formats and make the resolution 300 pixels (so that the image comes out sharp on the products).

Yes, that's ok. What you can do now, is login to your admin panel, then login to your fShop admin panel. Then, from fshop's admin panel you can import the products you created on CP into your forum. This way you will have a shop which will be integrated into your forum and will display all your products.

Alex, remember that the primary purpose of your shop is to sell to others. I am sure many of your users are residing in the United States. The other day I ordered a few t-shirts and had them shipped to Canada, Australia without a problem. The cost was only product's cost + $6(shipping) and no tax when the products are shipped to outside of California. So, I don't see where you got the 21% from. These are very good quality products (I myself have bought mugs, tshirts, aprons as gifts for others, also because I wanted to see how the quality is, and I was pleasantly surprised)

I hope this answers your questions.
