I am just curious if using your software you are allowed to post in other languages? Or must the boards be in English only?

Acceptable Forum Content
Forumer.com provides various consumer Internet services including, forum hosting and blog hosting. There are certain restrictions on the content that we allow you to place on your forum/blog/website. We will absolutely not host any forum/blog/website that contains, links to, promotes, provides instructions on the following topics:
Strictly Prohibited Content:
- Warez / Piracy / Hacking / Viruses, or illegal mp3's
- Adult / Obscene material
- Depictions of Minors/Children (even minimal sexual context is not allowed)
- Illegal Drugs / Terrorism
- Derogatory/Slanderous/Racial/Explicit Material
- Sharing of passwords / Serial Numbers /
- Invasion on privacy / Impersonation of others
- Spam / MLM
- Harassment
- Illegal Conduct of Any Sort

If you create a forum, it is your responsibility to make sure that no content on your forum is braking any of the rules outlined within this document. We expect you to moderate the content of these forums regularly, otherwise your forum will be deleted.

Tampering with Advertisements:
You may not put any type of paid advertisements (banners, text links, buttons, popups, popunders, exitpops) on your forums. If our system detects that you have tampered with any of the advertisements on your forum, this will result in immediate deletion of your forum.


Additional Reasons forum forum deletion:
- For violations outlined in this terms of use document
- For intentionally or unintentionally attempting to remove, hide or move the sponsor advertisements being shown on your forum.
- For using a Forumer.com forums to discuss prohibited topics as outlined above.
- If your forum has been inactive for 1 month or more.
- If the purpose of your forum is to promote another site.
- If you use any code on your forum that may cause Forumer site to malfunction.
- If your forum is only being used for redirection of users to another site or forum.

Forumer has the right to cancel any of its services without prior notice. The software featured at Forumer are to be used at your own risk. Forumer won't be responsible for the damages caused by the usage of any of its services or products. We reserve the right to take all necessary actions in cases where we find forums that carry content which we may deem objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

COPPA:
Every forum is expected to require individuals under the age of 13 to submit permission from their parents in order to join their forum. Those forums found to have removed the built in software which automatically requests this information on each of our forums, will be suspended, if they do not remedy within 1 week.
