Post Custom skins HELP
PLEASE IGNORE: SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

I am needing to know if I can install a custom skin, if so how do I do that? I have one on my desktop that I want to use for my forum, http://strpg.10.forumer.com/

Is there anyway to do this?
