| Member | I get the following error when I try to access the ACP from the forum: Could not call required function from file 'sources/mods/sec_update_131_A/mod_sec_update_ad_func.php' Does it exist? It acts like it's going to take me there (the old "click here if you do not wish to wait") then I get this error. Forum is here. Thank you for your help. LisaB |

| Member | Also, any attempt to validate a registration is resulting in an error. There is no message from the board, but the bottom ad appears to be error-ing out. I would be happy to forward the validation email I received when I registered to test if necessary. |

| VIP Team | Let me look into this.... As for the member validation, what is the error you are getting? |

| VIP Team | I tested ACP log ins on our testing board, and I can log in and access fine. You may need to clear out your cookies and cache. Last edited by Attitude; 07-25-2007 at 02:33 PM. |

| Member | I have cleared the cookies and cache. It gives me the same error message. I use this to reach the ACP login. I very briefly see this. Then I get this error. I tried duplicating the registration error to give you more info. I found the email, clicked on the link, but it told me I had already validated. There is no confirmation upon clicking the link that anything happens. You get forum page with no forum, just the top ad and the bottom ad right together. No text saying "Thank you for validating" or similar text that most forums give you when you click the validation link. It is very confusing because it looks like nothing is happening. Anyway, it told me to try logging in, so I did. It lets me log in, but my member group is still "validating." It won't let me make any posts. Edit: I have discovered it till only let me access the ACP as root admin, despite my other login's member group being allowed access to the ACP. I have manually approved the validating members so they can post, but why is clicking on the link not moving them to the member group? Last edited by LisaB; 07-25-2007 at 03:50 PM. |
