hello
i have an ipb forum .......i just change my admin password and now it is not working .....pls pls pls pls help me immediately ....pls help me to recover my new password..hope u can understand the seriousness of my prob..thnx

I had the same problem and I am the only admin so no one can reset my password internally.
I posted a month ago and no one has replied. I also sent an email to which no one replied.
At this stage I am going to have to build a new flaming forum.
Not very good support in my opinion.

Hi,


I apologize for the wrong information given to you. The FAP system is for forumer hosted boards only.

There are alternatives to try to solve this problem, though. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

Been there, destroyed that.
