i was just wondering y there's no option for Global Announcement, cuz i was using the Phpbbplanet free forum hosting service and i used Phpbb as well which is same as the one i'm using now except the free hosting is by Forumer, but it doesn't have the Global Announcement option which is very important to most forum admins or moderators etc and i find it essential to forums and i wanna use the option, could someone check this problem for me?

PS: i didn't know which prefix to choose, i don't know wat server it uses as i created the forum by going to www.forumer.com and didn't choose any of the address listed in the prefix so yea i didn't know which one to choose.

lol i posted this so long ago, maybe 2 months ago......i already quit using the service and i just got the email notification. Seriously, i'm disappointed at the service, especially this is the "SUPPORT" section. If it takes that long to get a question answered or get help and support, well heck i might as well wait 1 year for 1 simple answer.

I suggest everyone use *removed*

The reason why there was a delay in answering your question is because you did not post in the correct section and your question was not answered. Please pay attention when asking for support. This forum is a special forum for Forum For Free users only. If you have a Forumer.com hosted board, you need to either post in IPB General Support if you have IPB, or phpBB General if you have phpBB.

In order for you to receive answers in a more timely manner, I suggest that you read over our stickies as well. They contain important information for all users.
