| Member | Well, let's see: my forum: http://s2.forumforfree.com/coachescorner.html My problems: 1. Forum down completely. 2. When it wasn't down completely, I got the infamous too many connections error. 3. When I was able to log on, I couldn't change any of the ip-bans that were in place. These are in order of importance, as you might have guessed. Last edited by Falcon#55 : 03-05-2007 at 09:08 AM. |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | Limez just said that the crashed servers will be fixed soon. Here is my question. When it is fixed, will it still give us all the "too many connections" errors, or will that be fixed too? |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | My FFF forum URL: http://s3.forumforfree.com/nighthawk.html Problems: Today its down completely, I assume due to the posted alert that several FFF servers are down today. For the past weeks it has had many periods of the "too many connections" errors and extreme slow response at most times of the day and night, up to minutes to respond to reading a thread or making a post, etc. The same general problems all the FFF server hosted forums appear to be experiencing the past month or so. I hope the FFF server problems can be fixed completely so none of these issues pop up at all, like it was several months ago. I hope the goal is to achieve a good reliable level of performance again as soon as possible. Thank you for this thread to report and hopefully resolve the FFF server issues. | Junior Forumer ![]() | My FFF forum URL: http://s3.forumforfree.com/nighthawk.html FFF IPB server3 seems to be back online now and my forum appears to be in a state from about a week ago, asi if the server was restored from a backup today that was made almost a week ago. So far over the past half-hour I haven't noticed any error messages and the performance seems good if it stays that way. Minor issue observed: the time of day for the server has been progressing getting farther off from actual time for the past momths. At the moment its now about 15minutes fast and gets a little faster each week. Perhaps the server's clock can be reset periodically? Last edited by BadBoy0 : 03-05-2007 at 03:55 PM. |

| Member | Has anybody seen my march posts? I can't seem to find them anymore. Anybody else having this problem? I'm on s2, by the way. And the problems in the admin control are still there (unable to change ban settings etc). |
