Thanks for the notice of the plan to later work on the FFF IPB servers as well.
I have seen reports at times of the similar issues on the other forumer servers too, so hopefully the source of the slowdowns can be found and fixed on all of the servers for everyone eventually.

I think the admin control panel redirection issue is an individual forum issue that has to be worked on for a particular forum, its not a server issue. I had that early on last year when the FFF forums were first transferred to the new forumer servers and Limez fixed it on my forum back then, the admin CP has worked perfectly since then. So that could be requested in a separate thread for that issue I would assume for a particular forum.

We're still working on FFF guys. This is going to take a few more days to apply all updates, make some more changes, and block out the spambots that are overloading the FFF servers.

Thanks Limez, very much looking forward to the FFF forums working full speed all the time again and eliminating those nasty spam-bots for good!

yes, but if you really-really want it, I can try to go find and install it.

please note that we're not finished working on FFF, more downtime is to be expected (including p4.FFF). Also, probably a URL change is to be expected. (we're planning on dropping the, p1,p2,p3,p4 to make things a bit more simple for us and for you)

Will the FFF IPB forums on s2,s3 also be possibly be changing URLs as well after the server work for them is complete and full performance restored?

I'm a memebr of a couple of forumforfree forums.

Firstly thanks for getting them back up and running but whenever I go in now any graphics aren't showing including logos and avatars, it seems like it is anything uploaded to the forum and not linked to an outside source.

Just wondered if the graphics would be back or will I need to upload my avatars again?

If its a p2.* forum, then probably the logos/avatars, if they are not showing,
they need to be re-uploaded.

I notice that when my FFF IPB s3 forum comes up on a google search that clicking on the link from the search to my forum causes a message in the broswer saying "redirecting, tracking" and after a few seconds it goes to the forumer.com homepage instead.

Putting the same link directly into the browser however goes correctly to the forum. Is there some reason from search results that it is getting redirected to the forumer.com homepage? Makes it hard for people searching to find my forum by clicking on the search result.

p1,p2,p3,p4.forumforfree.com forums have a simplified URL now, your forum url is: http://www.forumforfree.com/forumname.html

Probably tonight we will also move s2.forumforfree.com & s3.forumforfree.com into forumforfree.com/forums/

okies, i've installed style: black and white.css - i cant seem to customise the colours, all the colours i have tried dont 'set' - i would like white text with a red 'mouse over' text - is there a *simple* colour chart, i googled a few, all way to messy
