Default 'localhost' error
I am starting a new thread specifically to address this error:

Unable to connect to database on 'localhost' with user 'p2forum_forums'
Please check your settings in multiforums.config.inc.php!

Our forum http://p2.forumforfree.com/cb900c.html is now experiencing this error so regularly that it has become unusable. The last time this was reported, Attitude looked into it, made a report, and things seemed to run better for a few weeks. Now, we cannot access any page without the error.

Please advise.

p4 is having the same issues again, after a couple of weeks of bliss. slow as molasses (was down completely this morning). i requested a reboot in another thread. don't know if that's been seen or not, but it's to the point of not being very usable.

Never mind.....Our forum, thanks to assorted problems and lack of any sort of reasonable support by Forumer, has died.

error and speed issues are continuing.

firefox, netscape (2 diff versions), internet explorer. no difference.

any word?
