| Member | Our board is down again. This never happened at forumforfree. Do you have any suggestions? It is sad that the members are now asking me to look into getting another message board. |

| Member ![]() | we're still down. and are still frustrated. we receive no notification that this is going to happen, so we have absolutely no lines of communication with our members. even in the real world, there are 'alerts' to server maintenance - "please be aware the server will go offline at 12 eastern", etc. i was hopeful that was what the check box about admin communications was for when i registered here. |

| Member | Well I am on the West Coast of the USA and I am still down. Frustrating indeed. I guess I am going shopping for another company to manage my board. This is not going to work for my group. Anyone have any good leads on a better place to get a board? I'd like one like our old forumforfree, it rarely went down. |

| Member ![]() | if you find one, let me know. this is more than ridiculous. thing that irks me the most is the lack of communication. how can we let everyone know what's going on, when we're not told ourselves? is there any way our forums can be transferred somewhere else? even to forumer's main servers? is it only the forumforfree servers that are having issues? |

| Learned Forumer ![]() | Incorrect, anyone who attacks our volunteer staff or other members gets suspended. I will enquire about the possibility of merging the servers. Guys, you really need to remember that without forumer you wouldn't have boards. When FFF went down in a big way Limez took it off the owners hands. |

| Member | I am deeply graitful that you took care of all the forums... But would it be an Idea for us, to "move" it over to Forumer's servers? By that, I mean that we do all the work our self....backing it up...and build it up again on Forumer's servers. Or are you going to keep FFF's servers up? Thanks! |

| Member ![]() | thanks for the response, edwin - but (i don't know about anyone else from fff), we were told nothing - nothing about who took over, what happened - nada. heck, even the fff main page is still there, with zippo information - no links to forumer or anything. so it's only natural for our frustrations to run a little high - apologetically. is there any way that you guys can send out mass emails to the administrators of the fff forums? just to keep us in the loop? looks like a lot of people are depending on us...................? |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | Thanks to the support staff for getting the FFF IPB s2 and s3 servers back online within 24 hours. The operation of my forum since forumer took over has been much smoother than the many periods of slowdowns and sluggishness that the previous host had. Sure there have been a few days with some downtime, due to the transfer and recent datacenter move. Hopefully in the future the downtime will be minimal due to maintenance. Thanks again for "saving" our FFF forums! ![]() |
