to moderate a forum you should know your forum. This includes understanding the difference between your free provider, and one that costs you money. If any one free host gives out free domains they usually become extremly hard to get your hands on, and your site will be reviewed most likely. Something that was good enough or giving this provider somewhat of an advantage by hosting YOUR site, so if you're not in the position to offer this, you probably won't find that sort of package, might sound harsh, but its how the business works, it has improved, alot. Services that offer such things are not always reliable in the end. This is why you always see free hosting such as this with titles in their URL, "Yoursite/forumer" or something along those lines. If not, your host is not getting as much credit for the FREE service that they are offering you.

Nonetheless, you can always turn to a good redirection service. I went ahead and checked the availability of WWW.UNITEDRSTEAM.TK and you're good to go with it, sign up with them and you can have a cool URL that will redirect to your forum. If you go to that URL now, you will be able to sign it up. I see very little difference, just popularity issues...TK is also a popular service though...
