| Member ![]() | I mean on THIS forum (the forum.forumer.com forum). The posting rules say the following Posting Rules You may post new threads You may post replies You may post attachments You may edit your posts, so that means I would be able to delete them too, but I can't edit, and I can't delete. |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | Edit is not the same function as delete post, the latter is usually enabled only for admins or mods. Also editting posts is set for a limited time period, it appears to be set for about an hour or less on this forum. |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | Yes there is an admin setting per group to set a time limit for editting your own posts. It appears to be set to well under an hour here. After the time limit is up, the "Edit" button will disappear from one of your older posts. |
