Is it too much to ask that at least SOMEONE can respond to us to tell us what is happening and how long it it likely to keep happening?

At first I put it down to 'teething problems' but now it is starting to get silly.

Please respond, anything will do, just so that we know we are not being ignored.

our forum is up at the moment, but for the last 3 weeks has been working one day, not working the next, then working again. we have people now betting if today is a working/non-working/how many days it will work consecutively.

what's the story? we have told our folks regarind the potential for 'down time' but they are getting a little 'itchy' and want to know why a simply take over is interferring in such a spectacular way with their forum.

that is, please, if you can, provide a little insight (e.g., how long this will continue, what the symptoms are, etc.) so that we can pass along to the masses...
