| Junior Forumer ![]() | On my FFF S3 IPB forum at http://s3.forumforfree.com/nighthawk.html I am now getting SQL error messages on any attempt to click on a thread. Started after doing a delete operation on a thread from the moderator CP. Admin CP still is non-functional too. The SQL errors make the forum unusable at this point, I hope this can be fixed quickly. Is there any known operations at this point that should be avoided that cause this? I hope these database issues can be resolved soon. |

| Senior Forumer ![]() | I think you gotta go to the Admin CP for this, and if u cant go in there then u gotta ask a more sure person cause I am not 100% sure. |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | No this is a problem with the FFF database move the past couple days, the Forumer tech guy needs to fix it, since other forums have reported it. They need to still work on several such issues. The admin CP doesn't work at all and we don't have access to the database for problems like SQL errors anyway, only the forum hosting support staff can deal with that. From other posts here, it appears only Limez can deal with issues like this? |

| Senior Forumer ![]() | I think he already knows about this problem so I guess there isnt much point PMing him cause he is already trying to fix it. |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | I assume posting in a thread here is what he expects from the previous requests, I haven't PMed him. I think these same issues have been reported by most of the FFF forums, so they all probably need similar fixes. In my case the SQL error started after I deleted a thread. The forum was at least usable for posting to threads before that now none of the threads are accessable without the SQL error message preventing access, so that needs to be fixed to get back to the state it was. Now that I know not to delete a thread until other such issues are fully dealt with, I could avoid the short-term problem, if the resultant database error can be fixed easily. I hope others at least can learn from this and not attempt to delete any threads for now to avoid the SQL error preventing thread access for them at least. |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | Will the Forumer support staff including Limez be working on the FFF forum problems like my forum's crippling SQL database errors over the weekend? Or is it known that it won't be handled until at least Monday? |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | Does anyone know if Limez is working on the FFF forum issues over the weekend? I assume he is the only one dealing with the problems. Hopefully he reads the posts in this section fairly often regarding the current issues. |

| Junior Forumer ![]() | I notice that My FFF IPB forum database SQL error problem has just been fixed, thank you! For reference, it started when I deleted a group of threads from the moderator controls. So I will avoid deleting any threads for now and perhaps others should avoid that as well, until host support staff posts here to indicate if thread deletion should work OK without producing a database problem. Thanks again! Last edited by BadBoy0; 09-25-2006 at 12:42 AM. |
