When creating a new forum, there should be two options: Existing Forum Owner or new Forum Owner, an where the existing owner can enter his FHQ username and password, and use it to create a new forum using existing details, so it doesn't create a new username for FAP, and FHQ and all, and we aren't forced to use a different email id or choose a new username each time.
How about it?

Yea, I have created 3 forums, and this is kind of annoying...it would be nice

That would be perfect, I have a few forums, which would be a few fhq usernames. I think it would be better on the servers too, if half of us own two forums that 25% unneeded usernames.

I see no reason why to have to get a new email every time we want to register a new forum. What's it matter?

So one email doesn't keep making a lot of spam forums, spam the forum, then make other legitimate users experience worse.

That's still not a good reason though. The registration has those keys where you have to enter the numbers and letters, so that stops a spam bot.

Not all of them are.
There are some which do manage to pass captcha.
but think of it this way.
The user needs to have a FHQ account to create a forum with his old email id.
For that he needs a verified FHQ account.
For that he needs to check his mail, and bingo, apart from that we can have another verification mail sent for the new forum.
Hows that eh?

Good one, there are bots which can somehow bypass CAPTCHA, and make the program do all the work.

Most bots these days can get around Captcha, even Google bots do.
Only 1 in a 100 get past email verification.
