Default Re-Order Smilies
I find it very annoying that when I want to upload smilies, I need to overright some or delete all of them in order to get them in the order I want. I think it would be helpful, and easy to add, a re-order smilie button. That way we can order smilies however we want without having to go through too much work.

17% of Forumers put stupid made up statistics in their sigs. If you are one of the 83% that don't, put this in your sig.
