Let me first say this. The currend fmoderators in here totally rock!! Yes I take my hat off for your you guys. Now here comes my idea.

I have heard many complains that there is just to much spam.. Why not make 2 moderating teams?

1 mod team that is here to sort out the member buisness and support.

and team 2 that is here ONLY to remove spam and this WON'T EVER interfere with member buisness etc.

would that take a lot out of the hands of mods here.

(and if you need a spam remover I would volunteer lol )

can you give me an idea how long on average it takes the current staff to remove a spam post?

If it's reported by a member, usually instantly.

That depends upon which timezone also.
The user who reports it, might be in India like me, and the mod, say Attitude is in the US, the timezone difference makes a lot of change, as Attitude, or any other mod might not come online for hours.

Well then surely the solution is to get people in nearer timezones rather than a whole new team. Plus I know that Attitude is up at some really strange hours in the night playing E:T so the Time Zone thing really isn't that much of a problem.

Or try and find worthwhile members from every corner of the world, who can dedicate enough time towards this forum.

Normally our response times aren't too long. The spam and problems get resolved almost instantly.

Yeah I agree......... not too long to respond at all, this thread is so transparent....... some one is power hungry.
