well i need this feature for my phpbb forum and was told that it isnot possible for one member only to want. who else wants a shoutbox for there phpbb forum. vote so the leaders of forumer might take it into consideration!

also its great for the less needed posts and also would help phpbb fight against the competition of ******* and ************'s custom shoutbox's with some skins.

why ? using cbox and other free shoutboxs makes your forum look uneven when you want it to look neat. and attractive !

Most of forumer's competitiors, already offer a shoutbox.

Honestly it ain't needed. A forum is for posting in a forum. If you members want to chat to each other then get Fchat on your forum and let them do it that way.

Why would we offer a shoutbox when we already have the fChat on FHQ and one you can purchase yourself. In my mind it is 100% better than a shoutbox.

mots hosts offer a chat feature for free.

a forum is for chatting in. If you want a shoutbox, find a shotbox host.

No, look at the features fChat provides against a ad ridden shoutbox with the only options to input a username and a message.

I have seen hosts offer a chatroom, that has emoticons, handwritten messages, file transfer as well.
