Hey,

I'm sure you know that many advertisement forums have a section dedicated to hiring personnel for your forum. I was thinking, maybe Forumer could create a Show-Off sub-forum which can be used for advertising the need of staff or for a person to announce they are looking for a job.

This should stay on your forum as you at least know someone you seen around. Also you may see some of your user wants to become staff that did not want to say anything.

Yes, but some people may also wish to use other sites to hire staff. This feature has been popular on New Age Ads, why not here? Besides, you don't need to just hire mods or admins, you could hire graphics designers or skin editors.

You don't need staff members for small forums. And if you have a big forum, I'm sure you'd be better off asking for staff members from your own forum. You wouldn't hire some random person to be a manager at your business.

I agree with you 100%, but most people who come to a forum and want to hire staff for fbucks or something for a small forum like that are using the appeal of a Staff Position to get someone to be an active member more than actually needing them to be staff. They want someone to post and stay around, so they offer them staff positions.

and It is pretty hard to get someone I can trust
