He was merely stating that yelling(which is, btw, against Forumer Rules) that our services were horrible is not the way to get them to improve.

I agree with pspmaster93 that Forumer definatly needs a revamp of features.

Well, there is this other service (won't name the name), that offers IPB. Their mods are a lot easier to install (one click). They have store mods (you can easily upload items that members can purchase with points). You can determine how the members achieve those points as well. The downside? Their skins suck and support is horrible.
