Do you not think that we have NOT tried to contact Limez about 100 times now?
I have not said a single harsh word (recently) about the performance of the moderators here. Their/your hands are totally tied. I do not blame any of the mods for our current problems.

But that doesn't mean that the current problems aren't pissing me off. Don't be confused. Just because I'm pissed, that doesn't mean I'm pissed at you.

However, I am now concerned that you "don't give a rats ass" about our servers. Why would you say something like that? I thought y'all were here to help us? Please tell me that you posted that out of anger because you somehow thought my anger was directed at you when clearly it was not. I'll understand if that is the case.

It indeed was, and I apologize for it. And it was also directed towards you, meaning that you shouldn't have that kind of behavior no matter what the case is. (Server running fine, server down, Limez here or not, etc.)

With people getting out of control, threatening to revolt, etc, makes Staffs' jobs worse than it already is . . . That's when we put our foot down.

I do care and I am also concerned about the long list of situations that are going on. I do care about Forumer, the users, and the servers. If I didn't care, then I wouldn't even be on staff or even reporting this big 'ol cluster of mayhem. If you want proof that we are indeed reporting these, please say so, so I can print screen MANTIS for you.

Please define "threatening to revolt".

Thumbs down Re: Closing new forum registrations on old servers.

hi

who is this Limez anyway?

The only names I know and have contacted 234,001 times are FFF OWNER: Roy, support staff: MAGZ, Danny. BTW: no reply from any of them about the error:

Unable to connect to database on 'localhost' with user 'p2forum_forums'
Please check your settings in multiforums.config.inc.php!

also the error when i am ABLE to connect, cant go to admin panel as it redirects me to FFF -- uh-oh deja frigging vu lol

Fix these error please

when it was only FFF it was 99% perfect, yes it's a free service, but it should run properly, minus the errors

And the reality is, this is a free service, the only money Forumer gets is the ad money from Google, that is what keeps the servers running. If you don't like this free service you can feel free to go to another free service, or if you want go to a paying one. But the bottom line is this: Forumer is free, you are paying absolutly nothing to use their servers, so don't complain.
Romanus, this is a polite answer, don't click the ban/delete button.

1) This is not a way you talk to clients, either free or paid. Clients are clients. Forumer is what it is because of it's users.
2) It's not just the ONLY MONEY, he is earning thousands of dollars each month (profit, not turnover) with those ads.
3) As for the job thing, that's the only thing I thing I agree with. A member atsw said that he can not be online for all the day, so his forum proved useless for him that day. The same way Mr. atsw, you can't expect Limez to stay online for 24 hours. If there is server downtime, it is not as easy to fix as clicking the New Thread button, the task is very tedious. Fixing one error can give birth to 10 other errors, so it has to be a planned way.

Hope both the sides understand what I mean.
