Default pm to all users
i would like to suggest forumer for some kind of a mod that would enable the admin of a forum to send pm's to all user at 1 time

or if a pm be sent to a user as soon as the user registers a account on the forum

These pms could be used to greet the users or have feedbacks about the forum or reminding inactive users of a forum etc

PM to all users would be called supermass PM mod.

You need 15 or 30 post to use the PM

Superpm no limez may have it.

but to use PM you need to post 15 or 30 posts
