I would like to suggest that there should be more tags available while posting in a phpbb forum,like tags for sound or video files ,alignment etc,or atleast improve the way url,img tags are being used (like those being used here).
This would make posting easier and flexible

Please remember that the administrator of Forumer does not make the phpBB software. He just hosts the forums on his servers.

However, you might want to ask these suggestions at http://www.phpbb.com .

But again, phpBB 3 will be coming out shortly. And hopefully soon Forumer will be changing to phpBB 3. So alot more features.

Note: The release time of phpBB 3 final is currently unknown.

phpBB3 allows you to add custom BBCode tags.

there is an advanced reply box, mod, available for phpBB, which allows Video player, and Flash Player.

The modifications you download from phpbb.com are mods that need ftp access. Forumer does not allow FTP access. So in a shorter answer, no, you can not use the mods from phpbb.com on your Forumer forum.

hey!
what about my 1st question,where can i find it

and i think the forumer staff is good at programming so why dont they make some more good mods for phpbb as there are for ipb

Your first question will be answered shortly.
As for the second one, to do that, you would require FTP access for phpBb modifications, and, the mod or hack will have to be installed on all servers, which I do not think is a good idea.

Let me add to this, another major reason is installing MODs on the multi-forum enviroment is different from installing on a single forum. Most of the MODs available at phpbb or phpbbhacks are not available to install on multi-forums. If the MOD is not available, then the person(s) running the host would have to program the MOD to work on the multi-forum system. This is not always the easiest thing in the world.

Oh, I wasn't trying to step on your toes or anything, you had already pointed out the ftp issue, and it had to be installed on all forums. I was just pointing out the last piece of the puzzle.
