I cant do that because I love the users, and want to help them... it wouldnt be right for me to leave them. (and ofcourse the forum im on right now I have a high level posts.)

And im not mad at the forumer site, just angery about how they handle one choice. generaly they have been good to me. Im just trying to get that choice changed, so that I can support users better...

You only have 309 posts at your forum, hardly a high level.

I've made over 3 times that amount at this forum alone.

It wouldn't be too hard to make the switch, why not get an orgfree free hosting account, install phpBB and enjoy no limitations with no adverts?

That would cost you nothing, you'd get a similar domain and you'd have the option to expand to phpBB3 sooner, etc.

I and a few others on this forum would be happy to help you set it all up, but it's so simple I doubt you'll need help.

And then, if you want your previous post count, you could pay people in the fBuck$ swap meet to copy posts across.

I dont rack up posts as you call it, you just dont understand that it used to be there but people abused it and it was taken away for good. It was not an isolated case it was abused by many people and complaints came in so Limez removed it.

anyway, like I said I am not in any mood to start switching, and ofcourse I cant send out a mass email to my memebers to inform them if I were to take that course....

and Mr. Game I understand just fine, to point this out I will right it down: "it was up, but because of misuse they took it down." at this point you are being very repetitive. but so are the mods.

"complaints came in" WERE???? you guys say this has happened but were is all the info on it?

Having email spam is a security threat or an "exploit", that is correct. The phpBB bulk email feature will probably not return.

Because the phpBB bulk email feature can be exploited. The IPB version cannot as far as we know at this point in time.

If there was an exploit, it would have been fixed?

although PHPBB is working on phpbb3, they still do security fixes for phpbb2

Spam is not a security threat, a security theat can come of spam, but it is not directly linked.

We removed this feature due to spam. At this point in time there is no chance of Forumer reinstating this feature.
