Since forumer is growing, to prevent non-English use/member to use forumer's service, why dont forumer add a staff, call " translator" and create a special forum just for non-English user.

The forum will need moderation posting, which is post that need staff to approve, and translator is used to translate the language to English.

Plus, these staff can be differenciate by different language, which is the responsible for certain language.

My first though is "Why?".

There is no rule against non-english forums. You can just use an online translation service. Why would the forum need mod queue?

Exactly, why can users just not use a translater. There is enough work for the volunteer staff already. Let's just wait and see if any specific language actually becomes needy of this. Otherwise I say no.
