I've noticed a lot of people asking on how to change the banner, I think a clearly seen pinned topic on this would help a lot. Also it takes a good bit of instructions so it is hard to type out the instructions again and again.

Maybe we should reorder the forums so the Documentation is first, because think about it, if a forum owner wanting support scrolls down and sees General Support first, he's going to click that before scrolling down to see Documentation.
