I have no idea why board wrappers are disabled, I'm unsure of their potential.

I am pretty sure Custom Profile Field uses 1 querie per field per page. And thats alot.

I agree the emotion size should be increased some just so decent emotions can be added.

I'm guessing forumer has around 17 servers though? so that's about 100 MB per server if everyone used the full 20,000 characters. I'm guessing the servers are around 150-250GB too.. so in proportion...

20kb = the equivalent of an extra thumbnail image uploaded to your board?

That's what I was trying to say. The equivalent of having the board wrappers in space terms is that of uploading a thumbnail image to your board. When you look at it like that, It's really not that much is it?

I know of at least two free IPB hosts that provide this..
They don't even seem to have a limit on the number of custom profile fields.

How come they can do this and not forumer?

As others can see from my first post in this thread the screen shots are from another IPB free hosting service that allows ALL THREE features (custom fields, larger smilies and multiple skin choices) and I thought that Forumer was the leading free forum service provider?

Feature wise they obviously are not.

Well yes and no, Forumer has other features but i fell the problems are outweighing the good, like this problem on server 4, its been 2 weeks now and its still a problem, i would like to see board wrappers and footers added, it will servile place Forumer as THE #1 host in my book

IF only forumer have activate those great features. forumer.com could be the best forum hosting !
anyway forumer can make an 'advanced' field on admin panel so the newbie's wont be confused.... im sure if forumer add those features, forumer will take a big step forward from the other forum hosting.

Board wrappers and disabled because some people could delete google ads.
