Well this settles it. If Limez fails to recognize the rest of the market allowing cheaper one-pay fees, then I'm leaving forumer.

I guess I'll just have to suck up the loss of thousands of posts of my community. Thanks Forumer.

Ads on your forum are not the end of the world. You're willing to risk a new, probobly dead forum because you don't like an ad that blends into your forum? I know from a personal level that I don't really give a care about ads as a member of a forum, I don't know why you think it matters so much.

ok then, can you think of some OTHER way to pay for expenses?

Once everyone has payed their one time fee for ads and all that money has been used up what are the expenses suppose to be paid with?????

I'm hope limez does not realise that he needs one payment ads, because that would make him look stupid, it just isn't possible.

I'm sorry, but what you're asking is impossible. Forumer services are supported solely by the ad revenue generated by the ads. The Ad Removal service was not created to earn more money for Forumer, it was created to give admins the power to remove the ads without putting Forumer at a major monitory loss.

As for switching to other forum hosts, if you believe that is the right decision, feel free to do it.

Although, you should be warned that 99% of other hosts have ads that are MORE intrusive, and most have 2 ads per page and don't even nearly offer the features (or the scale of 19 servers) that we provide. Forumer.com one of the largest free forum hosts on the web (est. 2003), and signing up with an unknown (or new) company, you will be risking (my personal opinion) to lose all your hard work. (like in many cases we've seen)

In either case, good luck to you, whether you decide to stay with Forumer or go somewhere else.

I wish there was a way for me to completely remove the ads, but that is the only way we can continue providing this service to millions of users.

FORUMER.com - Pioneering forum hosting since 2003. Why should you host with Forumer?

The Forumer network is powered by a robust cluster of 35 high-end servers.
