A thread section to bust people in? Call it the "Forum Police HQ" or something... "Jail Zone"

I dunno I just want a place where if I find a forum I can bust them for not watching the TOS.

Good idea. It should also be made available ONLY to users above a certain age--just in case there are VERY bad forums..

If you find a forum not following the Terms of Service (TOS) - simply PM a member of staff and they'll deal with it. There is no need to post about these issues anywhere.
