and use the same prefix number as the number in your url and make sure you include your forum URL in the request.

Please check the section if your problem/question has already been reported/asked before you make a new thread and if you do make a new thread, please describe your problem "why my forum doesn't work?" doesn't give us much to go on...

It would be also useful to look around the forum and do a search before you ask as this has been answered many times before.

Another good idea is to have a look though the Knowledge base

Also... please do not type in all caps when you are requesting support, it is considered yelling and it is against the forum rules!
