You need 15 posts to be able to use a signature.

You have to edit it in the UserCP (top left of the screen.) -> Edit Signature...

Please make sure you will follow our Signature Rules

Anyone can view it.
If you have disabled display of sigs, then it it won't show.

All they need to do is USer CP -> Edit Options -> View Signatures, or view the profile.
