Hello, sorry, I'm a little confused.
Does this mean the upgrade is ready?

and when we upgrade, we don't have to create a whole forum again do we? do we just transfer?

The upgrade is not ready as of yet, this is the BETA version, to iron out any bugs.

When you do get the chance to upgrade your phpBB2 forum, you will not have to create a whole new forum again.

But for the BETA testing, this is only for new communities only.
