I didn't say support. However, "I will be ignoring all your future pms. Thanks for choosing forumer" -Edwin

I love how alot the moderators think they're bad ass by telling you to **** off and then saying thanks for choosing forumer. It really isn't funny, stop saying it.

Well, when members PM a moderator, it can get annonying. Yes, however this moderator could have said this in a more professinal manner. But, I do not see how this is blatantly ignoring a member request for support. As most moderators (Edwin personally does not) usually have a simple message stating not to private message them for support.

When members send moderators personal messages requesting support, it is often not useful for a moderator to respond. It is always best that the member post in public forums as all members are able to see the post and benefit from it.

I think the moderators here are doing an excellent job.

Edwin said that? Well, erm.. hm. Personally, I feel moderators should at least respond to support PM's, but members requiring assistance are treated like everyone else.. they have to go to the support forum, not PM us!

He is basically saying we(moderators) should respond to support pms but the questions should really be posted out in the forum for all to see and gain knowledge.

Yes, I do agree with the posting out part. However, I believe (as being a moderator here before), being PMed for support can get annonying. Especially when a moderator has requested this not be done (via signature).

Yeah I do agree it can get annoying but thats what we are here for... providing support. Yeah sometimes it is annoying when you have pm's and a bunch of threads that need to be moderated. You were picked to do the job and Limez and awebb know you can do it.

I hope I am making sense.

Yes, I do understand.

But, dont you agree that PM (Private Messaging) is moreless a forum email system. For sending other members private info (links, password, usernames, etc.). Rather than the forums are open to the public (inculding guests) to view and reply to the topic. If all support questions were going through PM, then there would be alot more PMs due to because of no one being able to read these questions.

That make sense?

Poster has said clearly, nothing to do with support. We still doesn't noe the main picture of wat transpired between poster & the accused mods. Just assuming that it was a question of seeking support. Watever it is, I do agree, PM seeking for supports can be annoying, cus of the volume that flow in, would surely overflow the in box. But more pro & tactful approach in handling the situations, as already been said, this whole thread wouldn't even exist in the 1st place.

The above is my personal point of view.

Mods, wether you like it or not your actions do reflect on the reputation of Forumer.
