Default Moving forum to own subdomain?

Hi,I was wondering if there's a way to move my forum to my own domain? so it would be under, "darkshroudgames.22web.net/forums". If not is there a way to change the forum design and put on the top "Home, Chat, Mini-Games etc...(link to our site pages)?

Thanks.
